She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Maurice Norman and Alice Marion Norman (Thornhill); her sister Linda Sue Shockey; and her niece Allison Aldrich. She is survived by: her daughters, Annett Renee Dugan (Scott) and Michelle L. Scott; and her sister Terry Stevens (Eddie). She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
