It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Turley of Martinsburg, West Virginia, born in Duck, West Virginia, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Case and Lucy Nell Belcher; her husband Eugene Ray Turley; and her brother David Case. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Ray Turley (Diana) of Martinsburg, Rhonda Lea Grimes (Ron) of Clayton, NC and Ginger E. Hedgepeth (Billy) of LaGrange, NC; and her sister Mary Duffield (Terry) of Braxton County, WV. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
