He is survived by: his significant other Janet Ebeling; his children, Anthony Ebeling (Elaine) of Henderson and Julie Ebeling of Selbysville; his siblings, Peggy Ludwig (Harold "Twig" Ludwig) of Marriottsville and Matthew Breeding of Hagerstown, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Brandi Shapiro and Brandon Shapiro; his stepchildren, Lisa Blevins, Joni Greenberg, Cary Kisner and Susan Paugh; his stepgrandchildren, Alex Greenberg, Jason Greenberg, Anna Hitrik, Samuel Blevins, Abigail Paugh, Molly Kisner, Charlie Paugh and May Kisner; and his great grandchild Jaxson Greenberg.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made in Ron's name to Calvary United Methodist or Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Martinsburg, WV 25430.
