She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hardy Coughlin and Ethel Louise Coughlin (Evans); her daughter Lynn Upole; her son-in-law Nelson "Lee" Upole Jr. of Martinsburg, WV; and her half-siblings, George Coughlin and Mary-Eliza Kepler of Cambria County, PA..
She is survived by: her husband David Mehalko, Sr.; her children, David Mehalko, Jr. and Lisa Mehalko of Martinsburg; her grandchild Lauren DeLauter (Ronnie); her great grandchildren, Natilynn DeLauter of Acworth, GA and Rachel Roberts (Jeremy) of Hagerstown, MD.; and her friend Diane Mason of Hedgesville, WV.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (725 Baltimore St, Martinsburg, WV 25401).
