With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Ned Hitchcock Sr. of Martinsburg, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 16, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Douglas Hitchcock, Sr. and Helen Schaefer Hitchcock; his children, Anne Feldmann and Joseph Hitchcock; and his son-in-law Keven Feldmann.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Jean Hitchcock and Richard Hitchcock, Jr. (Victoria); his grandchildren, Ashley Homeyer, Brandon Diaz (Taylor), Abby Hitchcock, Jackson Hitchcock, Hannah Hitchcock, Audrey DeFrancesco, Chandler Coda, Evangeline Coda, Calvin Coda and Charlie Coda; his sister Jane H. Longo; and his great grandchild Kash Diaz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors.
