He is survived by: his wife Joanne Raymond Hutchens; and his children, Randolph Hutchens, II, Carol Olson, Patricia Thompson, Barbara Hutchens and Jamie Casteel. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and eight surviving siblings.
