She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Mowery and Minnie Ellen Stump (Alt). She is survived by: her stepfather Ersel Stump; her husband Dale Martin Birmingham; her children, Robert A. "Tony" Custer and Angela C.; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Catie and Jonathan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
