He is survived by: his mother Beverly Lucille Moore; his wife Jennifer Kay Paxton Moore; his children, Trevor, Brycen and Emma Moore; his sisters, Shannon Hall (Michael) and Jennifer Shepherd (Stanley); his sister-in-law Heather Lockhart; his nieces and nephews, Andrew Hall, Nicholas Shepherd, Aaron Hall (Kacie), Sarah Makamson (Jonathan), Mary Shepherd, Amber Lopez (David) and Caitlyn Paxton; and his parents-in-law, Alan and Sara Paxton.
