It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marsha Mulligan of Martinsburg, West Virginia, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Meyer and Evelyn Meyer (White); and her brother Edward C. Meyer. She is survived by: her close friends, Judy, Ilene, Cindy Wilson and Eddie Johnson; her sons, Christian "Chris" L. Mulligan (Amanda), James "Jamie" D. Mulligan (Dee), Scott D. Mulligan (Loretta) and Brian E. Mulligan (Jenna); and her sister Janet Troyan of Seward, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
