She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin White and Nellie Verona Moffitt White; and her siblings, James Robert White, Wayne White and Mildred White.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Elmo Rogers; her children, Stephen Rogers (Bonnie) of Nashville, TN and Stephanie Rickards (Wes) of Charles Town; her grandchildren, Brent Collins (Anna) of Martinsburg and Kyle Collins (Thanya) of Midland, TX; her great grandchildren, Ayden Brody Collins and Maverick Bradshaw Collins of Martinsburg; and her sister Carolyn Jones of Lilly, GA..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Debt Retirement Fund at Westview Baptist Church.
