She is survived by: her husband Steve Frutkoff; her children, Jennifer Scollick (Cory) of Harrisonburg, VA, Stacey Bean (Robert) of Martinsburg, WV, Kari Shank (Dougie) of Winchester, VA, Michael Scollick of Slanesville, WV, Matthew Shanholtz (Valerie) of Augusta, WV and Luke Evans (Darlene) of Gerrardstown, WV; and her siblings, Mark of Florida, Trisha of Keyser, WV, Dawn of Keyser, WV, Carol of Augusta, WV and Jennifer of Florida. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
