She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Elwood Cookus and Catherine Cookus. She is survived by: her daughters, Rayne Cook and Shally Lapp; and her siblings, Wally Woolum and Dana Meyer. She is also survived by three grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
