With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Cain (Martinsburg, West Virginia), born in Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on September 27, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Vanscoy and Virgil Vanscoy; her husband William "Bill" Dale Cain; and her sister Jerry Stankus. She is survived by: her sister Judi Forren (Ron) of St. Albans, WV.; her daughter Kelley Powers (Aspen) of Largo; her grandchildren, Shelley Palkovic (Wayne) of Martinsburg, WV., Megan Noll (Mike) and Dr. Bethany Honce (Joe); her great grandchildren, Reed, Bode, Teagan, Dr. Ryan Morris (Erin), Tucker and Ford; her grandson Connor Palkovic; her son David Cain (Debbie) of Hedgesville, WV.; her grandson Brandon Cain (Maria); her great grandchildren, Jayden, Elizabeth and Abigail; her granddaughter Brittany Smith (Nick); her great grandchild Lucas; her granddaughter Ashley Barker (Dalton); her great grandchild Lily; and also Rhett. She is also survived by twin daughters and one son.
