He is survived by: his wife Terry McGraw Churchey; his sons, Ronald Churchey (Wynn) and Donald Churchey (Keri); his stepdaughter Marta Boyer; his grandchildren, Megan Ernst, Luke, Alisha Churchey, Wayne and Mercedes Mann; his great grandchild Jax Mann; and his sister Audrey Blevins (Richard).
