Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joan Staubs (Martinsburg, West Virginia), who passed away at the age of 86, on September 7, 2018. She was predeceased by: her parent George Ernest Manspeaker; and her sisters, Helen Wilson, Ramona Schell and Dorothy Snavely. She is survived by: her parent Martha Anna Manspeaker (Davis); her spouse James of Martinsburg; her sister Norma Pappada of Niles; her children, Deborah Zedek, Patricia Reeves (Jon) and James Staubs, Jr.; her wife Peggy Staubs; her grandchildren, Joseph Zedek (Marlene), Jodi Barlock, Robert Staubs, Laura Staubs, Christopher Reeves (Christina), Cheryl Reeves (Scott) and Cole Staubs; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Alyssa, Darren, Jasmine, Alana and Cayden; and also David W. Staubs (Barbara). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Winchester Avenue Christian Church Bereavement Fund in memory of Joan where she worked at the close closet at the church and enjoyed working there.
