He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Reitz Farrell; his sister Marta Clark of Miami, FL; his children, Bill Farrell (Colleen) of Winchester, VA and Laurie Keyser (Frank) of Martinsburg; his grandchildren, Ryan Farrell (Stephanie) of Harrisburg, VA, Kelsey Ritenour (Matt) of Winchester, VA, Jesse Keyser (Molly) of Jacksonville, FL, Hannah Elizabeth Keyser of Kearneysville, Darcy Ann Farrell of Winchester and Nikolaus Holder of Fort Washington, MD; his great grandchildren, Reed Farrell, Grayson Farrell, Lydia Ritenour, Audrey Ritenour, Marin Rose Keyser and Lincoln James Keyser; and his nieces and nephews, Pop Veteran and Merchant Marine Veteran.
