He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. DeBaugh and Elizabeth DeBaugh (Brown); his wife Sylvia M. DeBaugh (Knipe); his daughter Linda Ann DeBaugh; and his brother John L. DeBaugh.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn M. DeBaugh (David Crowell); and his siblings, Stuart B. DeBaugh (Sally) and Beverly Ridenour.
