We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Isabelle Masters (Martinsburg, West Virginia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Crumell and Mary Agnes Wasson (Newbraugh); her husband Charles Edgar Masters; and her siblings, Ardel Wasson, Kenneth Wasson, Mabel Long, Evelyn Painter and Marjorie Carper.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty D. Elliott of Martinsburg; her grandchildren, Dusty Elliott (Rhonda) and Tim Elliott (Barbie); and her great grandchildren, Paige, Ethan, Madison and Mason Elliott.
Visitors will be required to wear masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430 or to the First Baptist Church, 634 Middleway Pike, Inwood, WV 25428.
