She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Newton Kretzer and Anna Evelyn Sirbaugh Kretzer; her husband Philip K. Decker; and her siblings, Frances Lucille Fike, James Kretzer, Max Everette Kretzer and Ronald Lee Kretzer.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Kraig Decker, Steven Todd Decker and Carol Lynn Decker; and her grandchildren, Carly Marie Smith, Heather Marie Decker, Savannah Rae Parks, Andrew Philip Rao and Logan Elizabeth Rao. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (93 Langston Blvd, Martinsburg, WV 25403). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Pleasant View Memory Gardens (2938 Charles Town Rd, Martinsburg, WV 25401).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Missionary Funds and Humanitarian Aid at 93 Langston Blvd, Martinsburg, WV 25404.
