He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim Segar and Hattie Mae Williams Segar; and his brothers, Ephraim Segar, Sr., Bennie Segar and Ralph A. Segar.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Carter Segar; his children, Harry "David" Segar, Jr. (Becky Alberts-Segar) of Spring, TX, Margaret Milord (Antoine) of Winchester, VA, Janice Segar of Raleigh, NC and Tawana Graham (Jacob) of Martinsburg, WV; and his sisters, Sarah Segar of Hardeesville, SC, Rebecca S. Grant of Raleigh, NC and Eva S. Roberson of Rincon, GA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
Visitors will be required to wear a face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
