It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Michael Ballard of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Ballard and Alyce Bell Ballard; and his sister Margaret Peterson of New York. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Washington Ballard; his daughter Catrina Everhart; his godson Joshua Page; his grandchildren, Daiquon, Damonte, Amarayana and Christiana; his great grandchildren, Vonnie and Davina; and his siblings, Marchall Ballard (Cathy) of Martinsburg, WV, Vernon Ballard of Harrisburg, PA, Gerald Ballard (Linda) of Charles Town, WV, Sharon Wright (Nathaniel) and Dawn Lockett of Martinsburg, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
