Spiker, III (Tammy) of Kearneysville, John C. Spiker, William E. Spiker (Kim) and Paul E. Spiker (Crystal) of Bunker Hill; and his sister Ann Shickle (Ronnie) of Winchester, Virginia.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
