He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Elizabeth Bell; his children, Natacha L. Graham (Vershone), Wayne B. See (Marneda), Erika T. Bell and Jason R. McGill; and his siblings, Tammy M. Fowlkes, Deidre A. Jackson (George), Roxy A. Jackson and Lacey H (Lockley, Jr.). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter, numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
