We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Edith Pearl Mills (Martinsburg, West Virginia), born in Elkton, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Wesley and Pearl Roach (Shifflett); her children, Billy F. Mills, Jr. (Rocky), Shelva Kenney, Linda Gall and Brenda Stephens (Craig); her close friend Teresa Spiller of Harrisonburg, VA; her husband Billy F. Mills, Sr.; and her sisters, Geraldine Black and Elizabeth Roach of Harrisonburg, VA.. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a number of special nieces and nephews.
