He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sprouse of Gerrardstown, WV.; his grandsons, Patrick Sprouse (Cheyenne) of Johnstown, NY, Ryder and Colton Fixx of Gerrardstown, WV.; his sister Denise DeCicco (James) of Gerrardstown, WV; his godson James DeCicco Jr. (Lisa); and his niece Jennifer Hutzler (Joshua). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
