She was predeceased by: her parents, John David Butts and Catherine Lucille Butts (Snell). She is survived by: her husband Walter Wagner (Buzz); her daughters, Cathy Wenck (Barry), Cindy Ingram (Todd) of Martinsburg, WV and Judy Heck (Kent) of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Blake Berens, McKenzie, Keegan Ingram, Addie, Ben and Greta Heck; and her great grandchildren, Kynason, Jagger Wood, Brielle and Alexa Berens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diane Wagner Memorial Scholarship fund at the Jemicy School for Mammy's passionate support of children with learning differences.
