He is survived by: his wife Theresa Browning; his daughter Dr. Angelina Browning; his former spouse Dr. Brandon Smith; his granddaughter Georgia Smith; his stepdaughter Rebecca Charlet; his stepgrandchildren, Isabella, Elijah, Ethan and Xavier; and his brother Tom Browning of Keyser.
