He is survived by: his wife Dorothy G. Wean Sullivan; his son Curtis Dale Sullivan (Julie); his daughter-in-law Rene C. Sullivan of Berkeley Springs, WV.; and his grandchildren, Benjamin A. Sullivan, Samuel T. Sullivan, Sarah E. Sullivan DeAnna, David A. Sullivan, Sydney M. Sullivan Trapp and Heather L. Sullivan. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
