He is survived by: his daughter Hope Banks; his girlfriend Jeanie Easterday; his siblings, Will Banks, John W. Banks, Jr., Michael Banks, Karen Banks and Deanna Banks; and his friend Lacy Rice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
