He was predeceased by: his parent James A. Everhart, Sr.; his sisters, Sharon R. Henry and Wray M. Tedrick; and his son-in-law Gideon Elliott, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Marguerite Everhart (Sigler); his wife Edna Patricia Everhart; his children, Charles Scott Everhart (Sandra), Vickie Elliott, Susan Weisenburg (Terry) and Christine Adams (Ronald); and his brother James A. Everhart, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many more close family and friends.
In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to Hospice of The Panhandle or Bedington United Methodist Church Care Ministries.
