It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl E. Casper (Martinsburg, West Virginia), who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Aikens; his children, Jay Casper (Lesa) and Jill Palanzo (David) of Allentown, PA; his grandsons, Ryan (Aly) and Alex (Renee); his great grandchildren, Savannah, Gavin, Jackson and Dominic Palanzo; and his close friend Anna Lee Rannells. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Martinsburg Rescue Mission, 608 W. King St., Martinsburg, WV 25401.
