He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Catherine Howell; his cousin James Franklin Howell, III; and his aunt Cynthia Sencindiver. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Custer and Tammy Custer; and his siblings, Alan Custer, Andrew Custer (Cassandra Custer) and Alyse Lemmert (Robbie Lemmert).
