She was predeceased by: her parent Max E. Foltz. She is survived by: her parent Wanda M. Shade Foltz; her husband Richard K. Burkhart; her children, Tammy R. Mason (Charles Donnie Mason) and Richard "Dickie" Long (Michelle Long); her grandsons, Jacob Long and Conner Long; her stepdaughters, Alicia Lovett and Sierra Burkhart; her stepgrandchildren, Lucas Mason, Justin Mason, Dalton Mason, Cassidy Tapp and Nathan Turner; and also James French. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles.
