She was predeceased by: her parents, Rumsey Shade and Mammie Purnell Shade; her husband Donald "PeeWee" Clay Chambers; her sisters, Phyllis Kitchen, Wanda Foltz and Carolyn Nauman; her niece Bonnie Kay Burkhart; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Chambers and Viola Dopson.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Ann Flagle (Michael); her brother Roger A Shade; her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Shade and Eileen Chambers; and her nieces and nephews, Richard "Dickie", Michelle Long, Charles "Donnie" and Tammy Mason.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
