She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph J. DeHaven and Esther E. Hoffmaster DeHaven. She is survived by: her husband Steven V. Webber of Martinsburg; and her sister Elizabeth Ann DeHaven of Hedgesville. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
