She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayett Emerson Smith Sr. and Viola Willet Smith (Myers); her former husband Ray Hansel Orndoff Sr.; her husband George Harper; her children, Debra S. Orndoff and Robert Steve Orndoff; and her siblings, Shirley Jean Smith, Wilma Robinson, Elizabeth Braithwaite, Helen Rhoton, Annabelle Mellott, Harrison Smith, Mayette Smith Jr. and Franklin Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Orndoff of Williamsport, Ray H. Orndoff Jr. of Williamsport and Barbara Shaff of Martinsburg, WV; and her siblings, Darlene Hogston of Maryville, TN, Douglas Smith of Hagerstown, Gary Smith of Hagerstown and Robert Smith of Clear Spring. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a. m. Due to the current COVID-19 regulations, facial coverings are required and social distancing will be practiced.
