With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beni Hawkins of Martinsburg, West Virginia, born in Qulin, Missouri, who passed away on September 7, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victoria Huse Lewis and Solomon Jefferson Lewis; and her siblings, Virginia Lewis, Vera McElroy, Freeman and Rex Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Whitman; her former husband Ed Hawkins; her daughters, Sarah Margaret, Rebecca Hope, Beni Marie and Anna Marie; her granddaughter Casey Wolf Bunting; her sons-in-law, Jered Griffin and Johnny Martinez; her sister Hope Carr (Dick); and her nieces and nephews, Linda Bunting (Charles), Vicki McElroy, Trish McElroy, Terry Stroud, Darren Carr, Scot Carr and Boyd Carr.
