He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Shultz and Nancy R. Shultz; his granddaughters, Josie and Tessah Shultz; and his sister June LeFevre.
He is survived by: his wife Trish; his grandchildren, Kipp, Chaison, Kami, Taryn, Jayna, Noah, Jade, Camron, Ginny and Daniel; and his siblings, Ed, Tim, Tammy (Richard) and Donna. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
