He is survived by: his parents, Taylor Nicole Bates and Dustin Phillip Houston of Martinsburg, WV; his grandparents, Becky Shew and Randy Bates; his great-grandparents, Gary Willis, Greg, Patti Spencer, Royce and Linda Purifoy; his aunt Ana Crowell; his uncles, Heath Bates and Christian Shew; his great-grandparent Dorothy Roaques; his siblings, Braxton and Raelynn Houston; and his uncles, Matt and Robby Houston.
Memorial contributions may be made to the NICU unit of University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore.
