He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Morris Davis; his parents, Fred Davis and Jinive Wells Davis; and his siblings, William, Paul Davis, Helen Crowley and Janet Hyatt.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Patterson of Marmet, Jerry Davis (Lisa) of Winifrede and Robert Davis (Lisa) of Mount Holly, NC; his brothers, Lawrence Davis of Winfield and Ralph Lee Davis of Forest City, NC; and his grandchildren, Jared, Matt, Brittanie, James Jacob and Danielle. He is also survived by Nine Great Grandchildren.
