He was predeceased by: his father Arlis Sutphin. He is survived by: his wife Kim Sutphin; his children, Richie (Missy) of Winfield and Heather (Greg) of Martinsburg, WV; his stepchildren, Brittany (Mark) of Kanawha City and Scott of South Charleston; his grandchildren, Kendrick, Zackary, Mackenzie, Bryce, Rylea and Brylee; his siblings, Judy of Spencer, WV, Debbie of Nevada and Larry Lowe; and his mother Nancy of Marmet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews he loved dearly, and many friends he considered his family.
