He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Meadows and Josie Oiler Meadows; and his siblings, Sonja Paxton and Billy Meadows. He is survived by: his children, Billy Ray, Robbie, Marvin Meadows and Lisa Taulbee; and his siblings, Icy Goodwin of Marmet and Seabert Meadows of Gary, IN. He is also survived by Eight Grandchildren.
