He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Helen Eplin Parsons; his parents, Charley Parsons and Solota Adkins Parsons; his siblings, Obert, Elmer, Clemon, Coval, Pedro, Denver Parsons and Novela Parsons; and his stepsister Parsons Davis of Tennessee.
He is survived by: his son Delmar Parsons (Stacey Pinson) of Cross Lanes; his grandchildren, Cameron and Kassidee Pinson; and his nephew Harold Adkins of Charleston, Illinois..
