She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Simmons and Mary James Simmons. She is survived by: her siblings, Suzette Stanley (Charles) of Dille, Ruth Adkins (Shane) of East Bank and Jackie Simmons Jr. (April) of Chesapeake; and her nieces and nephews, Adrian, Sydney Stanley, Kara, Jacob Adkins, Anthony and Austin Simmons. She is also survived by animals and is survived by her four dogs and several cats.
