He is survived by: his wife Regina; his children, Chuck (Kristie) of Clarksburg, Brian (Sheila) of Cincinnati, Scott Clearwater (Mona) and Meagan (Ryan) of Hilton Head; and his grandchildren, Allyson, Skylar and Mason.
