We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2018, at the age of 75, James Seldon Knapp Sr. (Marmet, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Knapp and Hazel Knapp; his wife Carol Woods Knapp; his son James "Jimmy" Knapp (Bonita) of Belle; his grandsons, Matthew, Mark and John Michael; and his siblings, Mary Lomax of Independence, MO and Ronnie Knapp of Jacksonville, FL. He was also cherished by 4 nieces and 3 nephews and 8 first cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Jim's memory to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, West Virginia 25311.
