He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Justice; his parents, Howard E. Justice and Lois Jean Jackson Justice; and his siblings, Barbara Shultz (Walter), Dottie Kerns (Earl), Charles Leroy Justice and Robert Justice (Sharon).
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Courtney (Clay) of Marmet and Howard "Artie" Justice (Kim) of Marmet; his grandchildren, Ashley Courtney, Kandis Berry (Jake), Zachary Justice and Harley Justice (Mike Laughlin); and his great grandchildren, Colton Ferrell, Jasey, Caden, Cole Berry, Haley and Landon Lyttle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
