She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Osborne and Janet Norton Williams; and her brothers, Donald Ray and James Rodney Williams. She is survived by: her husband Robert Kent "Bob" Shelton of Chesapeake; her children, James Robert Shelton (Jennifer Lee) of Dawes and Robin Hoblitzell of Marmet; and her grandchildren, Kandis Hastings, Seth Hoblitzell (Andrea), Hannah Hoblitzell, Erin Shelton and Eric Drenner (Lora). She is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.
