It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenna Frame of Marmet, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Collett and Rose Collett; her sister Avis; and her brother-in-law Charles Taggart. She is survived by: her daughter Christy Frame Adkins; her grandchildren, Miranda Adkins, Amber Kirby, Randall Adkins and Regan Drake; and her great grandchildren, William Kirby, Elijah Kirby and Remington Kirby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
