He is survived by: his wife Kim Alderman Ramsey of Chesapeake; his children, Carlotta Alderman and Nathan King; his siblings, Debra Ramsey and Mark Ramsey of Chesapeake; his granddaughters, Annabelle Alderman-Ramsey, June and Grace Billo; his nephew Hunter Ramsey; and his nieces, Kathy, Brianna Ramsey and Rachel Wolfenbarger.
